You are voluntarily choosing to participate in hypnotherapy and it’s varied techniques.

• You are mandatorily required to sign a consent & confidentiality form.
• The results of therapy are not guaranteed.
• No refunds will be made.
• Hypnotherapy does work on chemical imbalances, hereditary issues, and reversing or slowing of normal aging process.
• We do not perform hypnotherapy for the sake of curiosity, especially about any past life regression. Clients must present a strong reason for wanting to seek resolutions that they feel could strongly stem from past life issues.
• Your therapy does not require to stop any ongoing or upcoming medical practices prescribed by medical professionals.
• You understand that hypnotherapy is not a substitute for any medical treatments or medications.
• You agree to present any medical reports as requested by your therapist for the purpose of therapy. All medical information provided by you is confidential and used only for the purpose of therapy.
• Hypnotherapy practice does not give a diagnosis and does not prescribe any medications.
• You understand that if you show a strong potential to harm yourself and/or others, the therapist has the right to contact law enforcement or medical services with the objective of ensuring the safety of all involved. Should this situation arise, you forgo any rights to privacy and confidentiality.
• Additional consent to record the sessions will be requested by the therapist and you have the right to refuse. The recordings are strictly confidential and cannot be made available to the client themselves as well.
• Notes made by the therapist are for their use only and cannot be requested.
• You are requested to give a testimonial of your experience and resolution of your issues.
