The Turning Point

Despite winning awards and climbing the corporate ladder, she faced wanting more meaning in her career and her life. She sought many remedies for excessive anxiety and panic attacks that debilitated her life on the personal and professional front. She tried talk therapy with CBT, REBT and journaling, holistic practices like NMRK chanting for gratitude and manifestation, and yoga for calmness. She also sought alternative remedies from Ayurveda, Bach Flower Remedy, Acupuncture and Reiki.

Each offered some relief, none of these helped her get to answering:

  • Where is this coming from?
  • Why does it keep happening?
  • How do I break this pattern — not just manage it?

In 2018, someone suggested hypnotherapy. She was skeptical, but she instinctively felt called to it.

Within 2 sessions, something shifted.

What She Learned Through Hypnotherapy

  • Real healing happens when we work with the root, not the symptom.
  • Healing doesn’t take years. In fact, it takes only a few sessions.
  • Change through the subconscious mind is faster and more effortless.
  • And that inner clarity — intuition — becomes real and accessible when old conditioning is released.

Her panic attacks stopped.
Her anxiety dissipated.
The angry voices in her head subsided.

This experience didn’t feel like a temporary fix — it felt like unlearning by going within and reconditioning to face the world and herself from a new perspective.

From Client to Practitioner

During the pandemic, she began formal training in hypnotherapy — initially just to deepen self-awareness. But she discovered that the she naturally felt attuned to it.

By 2022, she completed her hypnotherapy training at the Hypnosis Motivational Institute, California, where she earned her certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Through the EKAA Foundation she is currently pursuing her apprenticeship and will gain her license in India.

Today, she works with individuals who are navigating:

  • Anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, fears, phobias and transitions
  • Chronic pain, allergies and psychosomatic issues
  • Addictions like smoking, over-drinking, and fears and phobias
  • Life-purpose, identity, and manifestation
  • Pattern-breaking, performance enhancement and habit changes
  • Relationships & emotional wellbeing

Her Approach

She helps clients uncondition and relearn — by working with the subconscious mind to dissolve the patterns that talk therapy alone can’t reach.

Her work is not about “fixing” you.

It is about accessing your highest wisdom which is your inner voice
It’s about returning to what was always yours:

  • your clarity
  • your calm
  • your freedom
  • your sense of self

Her Mission

To demystify hypnotherapy and remove the stigma, fears and urban legends surrounding it. She wants to spread awareness on:

  • How mind, thoughts, emotions and energy work
  • To what extent can hypnosis control the mind
  • Why is hypnosis used and how can it go wrong
  • Benefits, and pitfalls of hypnotherapy
  • Past life regression therapy and why it’s done
  • The types of issues it is effective for
  • Can it answer the ‘why’s of life
  • How it is different from other modalities
  • How to choose the right therapist—while sharing her own journey from client to practitioner

She shares her journey here — not as a story of struggle — but as a reminder that solutions are not only possible, they are often closer and faster than we realise.
